If you’re like me and think the only way to get something done right is to do it yourself, you should know there is another way when it comes to selling your home.
I discovered this quickly when I was selling my recently deceased mother’s home – for sale by owner. I figured since I make my living as a salesman, why can’t I handle this as well. But after spending 20 minutes with Jesse Scheel, I was confident he would be better suited for the job. It’s not that Jesse pushed me into changing my mind, it’s just that all the knowledge he had went way beyond anything I would have thought. His counsel put me in the right frame of mind so I could successfully sell my mother’s home for what it was worth.
From the day I met Jesse to the CLOSE OF ESCROW was only 46 days! That is very good, especially when you consider there were 7 homes of the same value in the neighborhood with for-sale signs from various “neighborhood experienced” agents. Some of these homes were approaching 365 days on market. . .why would anybody want to wait that long to sell their home?! To top it off, my mother’s home was in a 55 and up community . . . yes, I thought this was going to be a long and grueling experience!
So, there you have it, you can either decide now to get real with Jesse Scheel, or if you’re the type that has to learn the hard way, you can still call Jesse to bail you out when you’ve had enough!
By the way, I also found out that Jesse Loves Jesus! In my opinion, that is why he is one of the very best. Thank you, Jesse!!

First off I would like to start by saying that this is my very first home purchase. I was referred to Jesse by a friend I have known since Junior high. Not ever having to go thru the process of of finding a home I was a bit skeptical on what i would have to go thru. Jesse made the process painless and a positive experience. I originally listed my home with a realtor that advertises on TV who told me they would contact us once a week to update us on what is going on and that never happened , after a month and a half I finally called them to ask what we should do and I suggested to them that we lower the price . At 5 months into the listing one of their in-house Realtors called to show my house the same company also had a listing about six houses away from mine and the price difference was $5,000 they showed that house and never thought to suggest to the prospective buyer to look at my house which is within sight of the other house that is $5,000 less than mine . So they called me to show my house as an afterthought probably because the prospective buyer noticed the same for sale sign on a house 6 houses away .So they brought the prospective buyer over he looked at my house and liked it and wrote a offer on it and the offer fell apart . AT that point I was thoroughly disgusted with this realtor and fired him which is what he says to do on TV if we are not happy with him. In case you don't know it when you delist a home every realtor in the state of Arizona is going to call you to list with them and tell you how great they are at selling homes.I became very calloused to all of that and ignored everyone and went looking on my own for another realtor and had made an appointment with an other realtor .
Then I got a call from Jesse trying to list with his company . His method of marketing and sales are above and beyond the norm and I really liked what he had to say and also how he said it. When we talked on the phone to make an appointment to list my house I recognized and appreciate the sales closes that he used on me to get me to commit to the appointment and further to commit to possibly signing a listing agreement. So before we even met I was confident that I had the right person. So I did sign the listing agreement with Jesse and sure enough he had my house sold in a short time and was very helpful with all points of the sale even very helpful with helping us with the move out and looking for a new place. This is the realtor you should go with Jesse Scheel EXP realty.

I got Jesse’s name from a friend of mine who had used him for the sale of one of his properties. One of the most impressive things about working with him is his responsiveness. It did not matter what time of day it was Jesse would always answer a call on the second or third ring and a text within minutes. Not only that he was incredibly knowledgeable of the Phoenix area. I was in the market for a mid-century residential home with a guest house and he knew all the areas where I could find one in my price range. On top of all this he did it with a smile. I can tell real estate is something he is truly passionate about and he genuinely cared for me and his other clients. Case in point his phone would ring during showings and instead of silencing it he would politely ask me to excuse him for a minute. I overheard him once explaining to another client that he was with me and would get back to them as soon as possible. Jesse came highly recommended from my neighbor in AZ. Currently living in northern Utah I was worried about having to take several trips back to AZ to deal with the house selling process. Fortunately for me Jesse made the process a lot easier than expected. He was awesome, even willing to roll up his sleeves and take care of small things around the house like just getting some garbage from the street gone so the house could be sold! He was superb in coordinating everything with the tenants for pictures, viewings, etc. The pictures that were taken were great, kind of made me not want to sell the house! If I ever move back to AZ I hope he's still in this line of work. I highly recommend him for buying or selling your home. His knowledge of the business is insurmountable!
